Davis opens chiropractic office

Dr. Gala Davis, a Peachtree City native, has opened a family chiropractic practice in her hometown.

Dr. Gala, as she prefers to be called, is a lifelong resident of Peachtree City and attended Peachtree City schools. She is a graduate of McIntosh High School, attended the State University of West Georgia, and obtained a doctorate degree in chiropractic from Life University in Marietta.

She is the daughter of Mike and Jimmie Ann Davis, the sister of coach Michael Davis and his Autumn and the granddaughter of T.K. Davis, all of whom reside in Peachtree City.

She is a member of the Georgia Council of Chiropractic, International Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, the National Vaccine Information Center, and the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce.

Her philosophy is to help keep people of all ages as healthy as possible by aligning the spine so that the body can heal itself. She feels that everyone from newborns to senior citizens can benefit from her services.

Dr. Gala is now open and looks forward to seeing old friends as well as new ones. She welcomes children and has a special kids' corner in her new office at 40C Eastbrook Bend, in the Jefferson Corners Office Park (directly across Ga. Highway 54 from Graham's BP station).

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 2:30-7 p.m. Call 770-486-8777 for a free consultation.
