Danny Marchant, 39, for making terroristic threats or act. Debra Samples, 36, for passing a bad check. Colt Cattron Wilson, 18, for DUI. Collete Davis, 27, for two felony counts of passing a bad check. Timothy Brian Smith, 29, for contempt of court. Ryan Gregory Davis, 17, for possession of LSD. Marvin Wade Samples, 33, for four counts of deposit account fraud. Janet Paige West, 39, for deposit account fraud. Shaundalyn Renea Conway, 30, for three counts of deposit account fraud. Tracey Lashoune Loucas, 31, for failure to register a vehicle, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license. Stacey Sherer Peek, 26, for deposit account fraud. Michael Steven Treadway, 34, for deposit account fraud. Heather Wadell, 28, for failure to appear in court. David Edward Brabson, 37, for violation of probation. David William Richardson, 63, for child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. Joseph Robert Faillo, 23, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Willshena Lyjon Clark, 19, for driving with a suspended license. Joshua Don Jordan, 19, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Dewayne Bolden, 33, for simple battery (family violence). Jimmy Williams, 32, for DUI. Dallas Emmitt Wright, 42, for failure to appear in court. Cheryl Evangeline Frazier, 37, for failure to appear in court. Simon Black, 22, for driving with defective headlights and possession of marijuana. Isreal Cruz Garcia, 18, for impeding the flow of traffic and driving without a license.
Fayetteville Police Leroy Angelo Martin, 44, for driving with a suspended license and weaving over the roadway. James Davis Oliver Jr., 40, for failure to appear in court. Jonathan Davis Lane, 18, for theft by taking. Anthony Peterson, 36, for possession of cocaine. Matthew McLeroy, 51, for possession of cocaine, giving a false name to a police officer, obstruction of a police officer, driving with defective equipment, driving without proof of insurance and improper transfer of a motor vehicle tag. Bobby Walker, 49, for possession of cocaine and possession of a concealed weapon. Nelson Evans, 45, for DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road. George C. Ziberna, 49, for DUI and failure to maintain lane. Tracey Renee Kay, 25, for theft by shoplifting. Danny Stinchcomb, 42, for violation of probation. Michael Nesby, 20, for violation of probation.
