Police Blotter

The following arrests were reported by the Peachtree City Police Department for the past week:

Beau Reed, 20, of Newnan Jan. 2 for theft by receiving stolen property, burglary and obstruction of a police officer.

Antonio Bradford, 35, of College Park Jan. 2 for obstruction of a police officer, speeding and driving without a license.

Curtis Jackson, 38, of Riverdale Jan. 2 for driving without a license, driving without insurance, driving with defective equipment, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving with an improper tag.

John M. Britt, 26, of Newnan Jan. 4 for simple battery.

Gwendolyn Dawn Cole, 23, of Rockmart Jan. 4 for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Carrie Lynne Prewett, 18, of Rockmart Jan. 4 for underage possession of alcohol.

Jessica Michelle Hanlin, 21, of Peachtree City Jan. 5 for driving with a suspended license.

Mary Ann Cunningham, 29, of Peachtree City Jan. 5 for forgery in the first degree, forgery in the second degree, giving a false name to a police officer, driving with a suspended license, speeding and driving without insurance.

Juan Mendez, 20, of Peachtree City Jan. 7 for driving without a license.

Sara Ahmed Khafagy, 19, of Peachtree City Jan. 7 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce).

Myong Sui Lee, 23, of Peachtree City Jan. 9 for driving with a suspended license, unlawful use or possession of a suspended license and speeding.

Police are also investigating the following incidents:

The Service Plus Car Care Center on Ga. Highway 54 West was broken into in the late evening hours of Jan. 2 or the early morning of Jan. 3. An undisclosed amount of property was taken.

A parked vehicle on the 200 block of Lanyard Loop was entered and electronic equipment was stolen.
