Wednesday, January 10, 2001 Bullard agents attend orientation
Three new agents from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Newnan/Coweta County office recently attended the two-day Bullard College orientation program. The group included Jan Yoemans, Judy Summers and Debbie Dye. Steve Bullard, president and owner of Coldwell Banker Bullard, welcomed the group. Presentations were made by Cendant Mortgage; Morris & Schneider, attorneys; the Real Estate Owned (REO) department; the Relocation Department; and Highmark Home Inspection. The agents were also briefed on company policy, MLS, and the Coldwell Banker website for agents. At the conclusion of the program, Joan Velsmid of the Fayette office gave a presentation on listing property.
