Police Blotter

The following arrests were reported by the Peachtree City Police Department for the past week:

A juvenile, 13, Dec. 19 for reckless conduct.

Brian S. Axion, 27, of Peachtree City Dec. 22 for disorderly conduct.

Geoffrey Michael Wooten, 42, of Peachtree City Dec. 23 for DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Christopher Lamont Young, 20, of Senoia Dec. 23 for DUI, operating a motor vehicle without a tag and possession of an open container of alcohol.

A juvenile, 14, Dec. 24 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce).

Clayton Anderson Wampler, 18, Dec. 23 for escape, obstruction of a police officer, underage possession of alcohol and being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.

Clarissa Aaron, 41, of Atlanta Dec. 23 for drunk and disorderly conduct.

Ignacio Santiago Magana, 48, of Forest Park Dec. 28 for driving without a license and driving without a tag.

Nancy Carol Todd, 35, of Peachtree City Dec. 28 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce).

Melvin Lee Andrews Jr., 21, of Griffin Dec. 28 for driving with an expired tag and on an outstanding fraud warrant from Spalding County.

Christopher Adam Long, 22, of Peachtree City Dec. 29 on outstanding warrants from Fayette County for violation of probation and from Coweta County for violation of probation.

Stacy Allen Henley, 31, of Concord Dec. 29 for driving with a suspended license and driving without proof of insurance.

Edward Eugene Woods, 62, of Grantville Dec. 29 for DUI, failure to maintain lane and driving with an open container of alcohol.

Gregorio Flores, 19, of East Point Dec. 29 for underage possession of alcohol, possession of a fake ID card and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Martin Prado, 21, of East Point Dec. 29 for possession of an open container of alcohol.

Ignacio Garcia, 31, of East Point Dec. 29 for possession of an open container of alcohol.

Three juveniles, all 16, of Peachtree City, were taken into custody Dec. 30 and charged with possession of marijuana.

James B. Johnson, 18, of Fayetteville Dec. 30 for possession of marijuana.

Matthew M. Lawson, 17, of Peachtree City Dec. 30 for possession of marijuana.

Sean O'Neal Stafford, 26, of Pelzer, S.C. Dec. 30 for driving with a suspended license and driving without proof of insurance.

Gregory E. Charbonneau, 38, of Burnet, Tex. Dec. 30 for DUI, possession of an open container of alcohol, driving without proof of insurance, failure to maintain lane and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

A juvenile, 16, of Peachtree City Dec. 31 for possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol.

James Ziegler, 29, of Morrow Jan. 1 for violation of probation.

Police are also investigating the following incidents:

Two burglaries occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday, Dec. 31. Unknown persons entered the Brass Hangar Cleaners on North Peachtree Parkway and the Custom Cleaners on North Hwy. 74. A cash register and an undisclosed amount of money was taken from one of the locations.

A street light was damaged on the 100 block of Longer Drive.

Two juveniles were observed damaging a slide and swing set at Braelinn Elementary.
