The following arrests were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department and the Fayetteville Police Department for the past week:
Fayette County Sheriff's Department Anthony Marlow, 21, for violation of probation. David J. Benson, 39, for passing a bad check. Tony Dale Smith, 33, for passing a bad check. Aaron Fountain, 48, for abandonment of a minor child. Renata Hitt, 17, for maintaining a disorderly house. John Calvin Turner, 20, for maintaining a disorderly house and disorderly conduct. Benjimin I. Mosiri, 42, for simple battery. Edmond Robinson, 44, for obstruction of a police officer and driving with a suspended license. Bruce Dukes, 35, for illegal use of a firearm. Marion Charmain Dukes, 31, for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Charles R. Rappe, 21, for violation of probation. Kimberly Ann Cain, 18, for theft by taking. James Padgett, 23, for violation of probation. Patricia Lynn Todd, 42, for violation of probation. Willie James Harris, 65, for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with an expired tag. Howard Daniel Coleman, 38, for DUI. Angela Lee Yarber, 41, for violation of probation. William McCoy Odom Jr., 19, for driving with a suspended license and tag violation. Curtis Lamar Wyche, 40, for driving with a suspended license. Kathey Marie Pogue, 32, for violation of probation. John Hayes III, 25, for reckless conduct. Patricia Bush, 43, for obstruction of a police officer. Roderick Allen Wright, 35, for simple battery (family violence). Matthew David Weiss, 20, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Brandon Lee Canterbury, 20, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Chadwick Michael Norris, 27, for failure to appear in court. Nicholas Kyle Cooper, 21, for violation of probation and obstruction of a police officer. Regina Diane Smith, 30, for violation of probation.
