Wednesday, December 13, 2000 Eagle's Nest now in development Grand opening is underway in Eagle's Nest, Bob Adams Homes' neighborhood of 70 golf villas inside the Eagle's Landing Country Club community in Henry County. The Eagle's Nest neighborhood lies within the back nine holes of the championship course at Eagle's Landing Country Club, and two-thirds of the homesites are on the golf course with outstanding views, said Sharon Patterson, broker for the Eagle's Landing Sales Center, which is marketing the community. A large number of homesites will accommodate basements. The golf villa homes in Eagle's Nest are priced from $195,000 to $450,000, and lawn maintenance is included in the home owners dues for the neighborhood. Ms. Patterson said that several homesite reservations have already been made. Bob Adams Homes, the exclusive builder in the neighborhood, is offering eight different floor plans. A furnished model is already open, and a second model home is under construction.
