Wednesday, December 13, 2000 Local real estate office helping families The RE/MAX Agents Advisory Council is preparing for a collection of food, clothing and selected children's gifts to be delivered to four Fayette and Coweta families experiencing extreme financial hardship and severe medical problems this holiday season. "These families have been selected through the Battered Women's Auxiliary, the Fayette County Family and Children's Services program and an individual family in need," said Ruth Connell, chairman of the Agents Advisory Council. "This family does not even have an operable stove; the mother of four children has a malignant brain tumor; one of the children has a brain tumor and the other three children have only one request a Game Boy." RE/MAX Results is adopting these familiesand would appreciate any and all donations in gift certificates for local supermarkets, clothing stores and selected toys.
