Wednesday, December 13, 2000 Bullard adds staff in Coweta, Fayette Janet Hinote (Jan) Yoemans is a new sales agent on the staff of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Newnan/Coweta County office.A recent graduate of the MLS Training Institute, she is a member of the Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors. A Coweta County resident, she is married to Tim Yoemans. They have four children Ty Stewart, 32; Jana Kinnersley, 27; Racer Yoemans, 15; and Jessica Yoemans, 9 and two grandchildren, Catherine Stewart, 4; and Walt Stewart, six months old. Mrs. Yoemans is a member of Crossroads Church, and she enjoys cooking, gardening, flying single engine planes, scuba diving and snow skiing. Erin E. Hawkins is a new agent with Bullard's Fayette County office. Mrs. Hawkins, who has been in real estate for one year and seven months, joins Coldwell Banker Bullard as a result of the company's recent merger with Joyce Faulkner & Associates. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and is a member of the Million Dollar Club. A Peachtree City resident, she is married to Jack Hawkins. They are members of New Hope Baptist Church. Gail Raby is a new agent with the Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She received her training through the MLS Training Institute and is a newly-licensed agent. A Fayetteville resident, she is a member of Bethel Family Church and is married to Rick Raby. They have two children, Victoria, 10; and Jacob, 6.
