Police Blotter Arrests
The following arrests were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department and the Fayetteville Police Department for the past week:
Fayette County Sheriff's Department Mark Daniel Hurley, 19, for underage possession of alcohol and failure to maintain lane. Erick Gerrod Moon, 37, for violation of Georgia unemployment law. Raleigh Tucker, no age listed, for passing a bad check. Matthew D. Frazier, 27, for violation of probation. Kimberly Knowles, 30, for deposit account fraud. Ralph McMillen York, 40, for driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt. Tangeile Terrie York, 19, for violation of probation. Harold Dean Norris, 19, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. George Schofield, 42, for violation of probation. Deloris McNair, 41, for failure to appear in court. Karen Michele Scott, 32, for passing a bad check. Richard Rutherford, 46, for one felony count of deposit account fraud. Jimmy Dale Thomas, 31, for giving false information to a police officer. Penny Mario Santos, 34, for passing a bad check. David Ryan Eskew, 19, for fleeing and eluding a police officer. Steven Daniel Skinner, 19, for fleeing and eluding a police officer.
