Tri-Cities High School
celebrated the success of its Partners and Education Program with a
reception, entertainment and partnership signing ceremony Wednesday.
The school
honored 13 new organizations entering into collaborative agreements.
New partners include: A&W Realty, Atlanta Technical College, Chick-fil-A
at Greenbriar Mall, Costco Wholesale, Crowne Plaza at Virginia Avenue,
Eagle Group International Inc., East Point Main Street Board, Ford Motor
Company, PepsiCo, Publix at Cascade, South Fulton Medical Center, Tech
Corps Georgia and United Airlines.
The 13 business
partners recognized during the event support Tri-Cities educational
programs with time, talent, funds and volunteers. Fulton County Schools
Superintendent Stephen Dolinger thanked the organizations for their
involvement and discussed the importance of school/business partnerships
in improving student achievement.
Partners
also get a glimpse of what their help accomplishes as the Tri-Cities
Visual and Performing Arts Magnet Program's dance company entertained
the assembly.
