Two new stores are set for the Old National Shopping Village in College Park.

Konover Development Corporation announced this week the leasing of a combined 3,400 square feet to two new retailers.

Athlete's Foot will occupy 1,800 square feet, while Max Laundromat will use the remaining 1,600 square feet.

"Since acquiring the property a year ago, KDC has worked to bring in new and diverse retailers that revitalize the existing tenant mix of Old National Village," said David Steinberg, KDC leasing representative. "We were excited to find businesses that wanted to make a commitment to meeting the needs of the community."

KDC is an affiliate of Konover and Associates Inc. of Farmington, Conn. The company specializes in the development, acquisition, construction, general contracting, leasing, refurbishment and management of community shopping centers.
