Brookwood Village townhomes available

Pre-construction sales have begun at Brookwood Village, a new townhome community located on Ga. Highway 42 in Clayton County just north of the Henry County line.

The two and three-bedroom townhome community, which is being built by Fayetteville-based Meyer-Sutton Homes, is just a few minutes off I-675.

Handling sales in Brookwood Village are Scott and Connie Edge of The Edge Team from Re/Max Around Atlanta. They can be contacted by calling 770-460-3300 or by leaving a voice message at 404-650-8999.

The first homes in Brookwood Village will be available just after the first of the year, and zero-down financing is available. Prices in the community start at $97,900.

The builder is offering three plans, all of which include garages. One plan has the master bedroom on the main level, while the other two have either two or three bedrooms upstairs. Other special features include vaulted ceilings, nine-ft. first floor ceilings, large kitchens, and formal dining rooms. Fireplaces are available as an option.

Meyer-Sutton Homes, the builder, is a firm whose principals have real estate construction and mortgage banking experience spanning over 15 years.

The company is also building in The Vineyards at Eagle's Landing and Lost Forest in Henry County; The Courtyards and Leesburgh Plantation in Coweta County; and Farr Lake Estates in Fayette County.

Meyer-Sutton Homes communities which recently sold out include Brae Burn in White Oak and Legacy Estates in Coweta and Emerald Plantation in Henry County.
