Summergrove opens 13th model home

Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove at Newnan, has announced the opening of the community's 13th model home.

The new model home is located in The Overlook, SummerGrove's custom home neighborhood. With homesites of about 1/2 acre, The Overlook offers many golf course and woodland views. The Overlook has three of the area's finest custom builders with homes priced from the mid $200s to more than $500,000.

According to Dan Camp, vice president at Pathway Communities, The Overlook at SummerGrove is a custom home buyers paradise.

"Just walking distance to the golf course, tennis courts and swimming pool, The Overlook is not just another new home neighborhood, it's a destination," says Camp.

SummerGrove has over five miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, a 100-acre lake, a competition-size swimming pool, a variety of neighborhood parks and playgrounds and an 18-hole public golf course designed by Jemsek Golf, one of the country's leading public golf course developers.

In addition, the community offers a unique technology program, including structured wiring for every home, the potential for ultra-fast Internet access and Atlanta's first interactive community Intranet.

To visit SummerGrove from Atlanta, take I-85 South to Exit 47 (Newnan). Go left on Ga. Highway 34 one mile, and turn right on Shenandoah Blvd.

SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Blvd. The information center is open Monday-Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m and Sunday 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information, call 770-252-9000, or visit www.summergrove.com.

In addition to SummerGrove, Pathway Communities is also developing Avery Park in Newnan, Peachtree City in Fayette County and Monarch Village in Henry County.
