Wednesday, November 8, 2000 Summergrove opens 13th model home Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove at Newnan, has announced the opening of the community's 13th model home. The new model home is located in The Overlook, SummerGrove's custom home neighborhood. With homesites of about 1/2 acre, The Overlook offers many golf course and woodland views. The Overlook has three of the area's finest custom builders with homes priced from the mid $200s to more than $500,000.
