Graeagle now in development

The first home is nearing completion in Graeagle, an exclusive gated community off Ga. Highway 41 in Meriwether County.

Carol Giles of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Fayette County office, who is the listing agent in the community, said that Graeagle has 35 one to three-acre wooded homesites and that homesite prices range from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on size and location.

The first home in the community, a Stephen Fuller plan containing approximately 4,000 sq. ft., is being built by T. G. Adams Construction Co. Inc., and is priced at $495,000. At present, nine other homesites are ready for purchase.

Located halfway between Greenville and Warm Springs, Graeagle is only one mile from the airport in Warm Springs. The community is being developed by Labrah Associates.

Some of the homes in Graeagle will be European designs with stucco exteriors, while others will have traditional brick exteriors. The community will have a neighborhood association and a long list of amenities, including a community activity building, physical fitness facilities, a 33-acre private lake with a dock and a gazebo, a year round pool and spa, and a scenic area featuring a fountain.

Graeagle will have lighted streets and will be served by underground utilities and a private water system. Yard maintenance and domestic services will be available for residents.

More information about Graeagle can be obtained by calling Ms. Giles at 770-487-1917 Ext. 125 or by emailing her at cgiles@coldwellbanker.com.
