St. Andrews Place gaining recognition

St. Andrews Place, off White Road in Fayetteville, began a little more than two years ago as a community designed with empty-nesters in mind, is quickly proving a winner for building company Bob Adams Homes.

"This community has been a win-win combination," says Adams. "We knew there was a need in this area for housing with the very specific needs of the empty-nester, and what has resulted has been a blessing for us as well as those living in St. Andrews Place."

Only a few lots remain for sale. The house plans and neighborhood features are classic Bob Adams Homes, boasting grand foyers with vaulted ceilings, plenty of windows and carefully placed architectural columns inside and out.

Each home is personalized to demonstrate the individual taste of each homeowner. One yard is complete with gazing ball and putting green.

There is another feature that allows St. Andrews Place to stand out as different and what most describe as "customer-friendly." In addition to a proactive customer service program including two post-closing walkthroughs, the lifestyle program that Bob Adams Homes has become known for includes lawn maintenance and gutter cleaning.

Also worthy of consideration is the fact that earlier this year, the Fayetteville Building Department recognized community superintendent Dick Blevins as their Builder of the Quarter. This award is presented to that builder who demonstrates quality construction with few required reinspections, a cooperative attitude and a sincere commitment to code requirements.

"The entire team is honored to be recognized by the Building Department in this way," says Blevins, father of five and a resident of Spalding County. "We work very hard to build quality into each home, and we build them as though we are building our own homes. This results in happy homeowners and increased sales. Recognition like this is a nice pat on the back for everyone involved."

St. Andrews Place offers homes priced from the $150s to $200s. The model home, a must-see for everyone, is open Monday-Saturday from 1-6 p.m. and closed Sunday. Sales professionals can be reached by calling 770-716-7311.
