Philip Steven Stearns, 40, for abandonment of a minor child.

James Dean Kurfhage, 22, for violation of probation.

Deron Rookard, 29, for possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute.

Roderick Brown, 20, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

David Shane Anderson, 24, for failure to appear in court.

Edward Allen Van-sise-biro, 43, for DUI, possession of an open container of alcohol, failure to meet taillight requirements and failure to maintain lane.

Nancey Hellen Weems, 49, for theft by conversion.

Sheldon Poitta, 20, for passing a bad check.

David Eugene Smith, 22, for driving with a suspended license.

Susan J. Wallace, 34, for deposit account fraud.
