ARC sets hearing on transportation projects

The Atlanta Regional Commission will have a public meeting on transportation projects to be considered for the 2002-2004 Transportation Improvement Program Dec. 1.

The next update of the FY2002-2004 TIP is underway. Transportation officials from the 10-county Atlanta region will make presentations highlighting their list of Regional Transportation Plan priority projects.

The meeting will be 9:30 a.m. to noon at the ARC office, Conference Level C, Amphitheater, 40 Courtland St., Atlanta.

The public is invited to attend and ask questions or make comments at the end of the presentations. Comment cards will be distributed and a court reporter will be available to document individual comments. Comments can also be made to opinion@atlantaregional.com or by fax to 404-463-3254.
