NAACP to elect officers

The Fayette NAACP will have local branch elections Saturday, Nov. 11 at Flat Rock AME church.

The church is off Ga. highway 54 between Peachtree city and Fayetteville.

Elections will take place during the group's regular monthly meeting at 4 p.m. There is a six-month membership requirement to run for office.

Officers will serve two-year terms.
