Senoia youth competes in teen pageant
Christina Lee Pullen of Senoia is competing this weekend in the Nationals 2000 Miss Junior Teen Atlanta pageant competition. Pullen submitted an application earlier this year and took part in an interview session conducted by the pageant coordinator, Michele Garris. Pullen is competing for her share of more than $20,000 in scholarships, prizes and specialty gifts that will be distributed to contestants. She is competing in the Miss Junior Teen Division, one of five divisions that features young ladies between 7 and 23, competing in modeling routines that include casual and former wear. Most importantly, Pullen will display her personality and interviewing skills while interviewing with the judges. Personality is the number one aspect that each contestant is judged on during all phases of competition. If Pullen wins the title, she would represent Atlanta at the national competition in Orlando. In her spare time, Pullen enjoys playing soccer and basketball.
