Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department and the Fayetteville Police Department for the past week:

Fayette County Sheriff's Department

Kendall Williams, 24, for two counts of entering an automobile and seven counts of financial transaction card fraud.

James Steven Pohl, 23, for violation of probation.

Shawn Beasley, 26, for driving with an expired tag and driving without a license.

Russell Eugene Crews, 39, for violation of probation.

Robert Earl Trucks II, 32, for two counts of simple battery and one count of criminal trespassing.

Antwan L. Ferrell, 19, for violation of probation.

Charles Edward Fountain, 59, for violation of probation.

Roger Avery Coley, 29, for violation of probation.

Richard Lee Copeland, 46, for passing a bad check.

Mary Ellen Rost, 46, for violation of probation.

Marcus Johnson, 28, for passing a bad check.

Kenric J. Fowler, 27, for violation of probation.

Earlene B. Cade-Bailey, 40, for deposit account fraud.

Johnny Ray, 41, for simple battery.

Ashley Marie Tucker, 23, for violation of probation.

Kelvin Benthuy, 28, for driving with a suspended license and giving a false name and address to a police officer.

Jason Lee Moulton, 20, for fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer.

Joshua Paul Cheatwood, 24, for violation of probation and driving with a suspended license.

Alisha Rhesa Gransaull, 26, for three counts of failure to appear in court.


Fayetteville Police Department

John Henry Ellis, 56, for driving with a suspended license and failure to meet state tag requirements.

Cecil Eugene Kitchens, 43, for violation of probation.

Derrick Tobasis Davis, 25, for violation of probation.

Prentice Maurice Head, 19, for violation of probation.

Bernadette Raines, 24, for theft by shoplifting.

Jeffrey Price, 19, for underage possession of alcohol and reckless driving.

Michael Glenn Shuler, 43, for theft of services.

Terry Lynn Long Jr., 17, for driving on a revoked license.

Ira Bernard Milsap, 40, for forgery in the first degree.
