Police Blotter

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department and the Fayetteville Police Department for the past week:

Fayette County Sheriff's Department

Carl Frederick Davis, 42, for DUI, failure to maintain lane and driving too fast for conditions.

Gabriel Dunan Bing, 21, for failure to appear in court.

Ricky Strozier, 35, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act (two counts), forgery in the first degree and giving false information to a police officer.

Michael Shannon Webb, 23, for violation of probation.

Michael Andrew Fonticobia, 33, for failure to appear in court.

Phil Martinez Momon, 22, for failure to appear in court.

Thomas Edward Stallings, 28, for speeding, driving without a tag, driving without insurance and driving while declared a habitual violator.

Sherry Lynn Evans, 26, for deposit account fraud.

Patrick Burnett, 31, for driving with a suspended license, failure to use a safety belt, giving a false name or date of birth to a police officer and giving a false address to a police officer.

Laurie Ann Holland, 39, for passing a bad check.

Howard Lampley, 47, for passing a bad check.

Kelly Kristine Bowman, 34, for deposit account fraud.

Jonathan Walker Wilson, 28, for failure to appear in court.

Donna Nicole Eskew, 20, for violation of probation.

Beverly Fodor, 39, for making terroristic threats.

Carrietta Butts, 51, for deposit account fraud.

Robert Lee Samples Jr., 34, for violation of probation.

David Mallory, 24, for failure to yield and driving with a suspended license.

Bruce Wallace, 46, for simple battery.

Malia Gentry, 38, for violation of probation.

Eartha Lenore Wade, 37, for passing a bad check.

Laura Jones, 34, for two counts of reckless conduct and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Samantha Renee Ennis, 18, for deposit account fraud.

Antoine Dontae Wallace, 22, for failure to appear in court.

Thomas Michael Chrostowski Jr., 29, for one felony count of violation of the Georgia controlled substance act (possession of methamphetamine).

Matthew Horace Tressler, 20, for driving without insurance, driving without a tag and possession of false identification.

Peter Morris Williams, 22, for carrying a concealed weapon.

James Francis Buchanan, 44, for DUI.

Anthony Thomas Cavo, 44, for robbery by sudden snatching.

Dennis Bryan Chandler, 45, for passing a bad check.

Alexandre Zolorovi, 44, for simple battery (family violence) and interference with a 911 call.

Keston Jerel Minniefield, 20, for driving with a suspended license.

Kevin Mills, 18, for obstruction of a police officer.

Brian Jerome Neal, 19, for obstruction of a police officer.

Stephen Bradford Sigman, 19, for violation of probation.

Fayetteville Police Department

Henry Lamar Twilley, 18, for DUI and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Eddie James Johnson, 42, for driving with a suspended license.

Azar Quincy Malone, 26, for violation of probation.

Emmett Francis, 30, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act (possession of crack cocaine).

Kenneth Lloyd Jamison, 40, for failure to appear in court.

Angelia Lynn Mote, 29, for possession of cocaine.

Joy Wanless, 28, for possession of cocaine.

Valerie Pagan, 38, for two counts of forgery, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property and one count of criminal attempt to commit theft by deception.
