Court Report

The following people entered guilty pleas in Fayette County Superior Court and were sentenced by Judge Johnnie Caldwell:

Hugh Dorsey Evans Jr. of Senoia for possession of tools for the commission of a crime and forgery in the second degree. Sentenced to three years in prison.

Russell D. Bignardi of Hampton for theft by conversion. Sentenced to 10 years probation and a $2,000 fine.

Tony Terrell Collins of Jonesboro for driving while declared a habitual violator. Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Joseph Franklin Ford of Riverdale for possession of cocaine. Sentenced to 10 years probation, with the first year on electronic monitoring, and a $2,000 fine.

Nathan Matthew Phillips of Decatur for damaging, destroying or secreting property to defraud another person. Sentenced to four years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Michael Chas Kare of Senoia for possession of cocaine. Sentenced to five years probation, attendance at a boot camp and a $1,500 fine.

Kevin Michael Graham of Fayetteville for felony theft by conversion. Sentenced to five years probation, a $1,000 fine and $2754 restitution.

Ellis Baxter Parker Jr. of Newnan for child molestation. Sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Darrell Andrew Weems of Atlanta for three counts of forgery in the first degree. Sentenced to five years probation, a $3,000 fine and $3923 restitution.

Anthony William Folsom of Atlanta for three counts of violating the Georgia controlled substances act (for selling Clonazepam) and one count of violating the Georgia controlled substances act (for selling Trazodone). Sentenced to three years in prison.

Brandon Ray Berry of Fayetteville for violating the Georgia controlled substances act (possession of cocaine). Sentenced to four years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Mickey Allen Couch of Palmetto for violating the Georgia controlled substances act (possession of methamphetamine) and failure to wear a seat belt. Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,515 fine.

Shawna Lytle of Fairburn for violating the Georgia controlled substances act. Sentenced to six years probation, with the first year on intensive probation, and a $2,000 fine.

Redgenia Kelley McDonald of Riverdale for four counts of forgery in the first degree. Sentenced to five years probation, a $3,000 fine and $1,687 restitution.

Valeria Pagan of Riverdale for three counts of forgery in the first degree. Sentenced to five years probation, with the first year on intensive probation, and a $2,500 fine.

Virginia S. Pierson of Newnan for eight counts of forgery in the first degree. Sentenced to five years probation, a $4,000 fine and $3,100 restitution.

Tony Ray of Jonesboro for theft by taking. Sentenced to 12 months probation, $1,000 fine and $502 restitution.

Tavara Jermaine Stanford of Shiloh for violating the Georgia controlled substances act (possession of cocaine). Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Carmin Cole Bush of Atlanta for theft by taking. Sentenced to three years in prison.

Timothy Landrum of Peachtree City for theft by taking. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and $1,000 fine.

Brandon Lee Bray of Roswell for possession of marijuana. Sentenced to 12 months probation, $500 fine and must attend drug counseling program.

Chad Killsworth of Fayetteville for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Sentenced to three years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Constance Eller-Murray of Riverdale for deposit account fraud. Sentenced to three years probation, a $1,500 fine and $414 restitution.

Gregory L. Johnson of Fayetteville for possession of cocaine. Sentenced to three years probation and must attend drug counseling program.

Tiffany Michelle Ledet of College Park for forgery in the first degree. Sentenced to three years probation, a $1,500 fine and $37.50 in restitution.

Tyrice Jackson of Gay for criminal attempt to commit burglary and loitering. Sentenced to five years probation, with the first year on intensive probation, at tendance at a boot camp and a $2,000 fine.

Erick Parks of Gay for transmitting a false public alarm. Sentenced to five years probation, with the first year on intensive probation, attendance at a boot camp and a $1,000 fine.

Lebrant Smith of Fairburn for obstruction of a police officer. Sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine.

Amanda Bliss of Fairburn for criminal attempt to commit burglary. Sentenced to five years probation, with the first year on intensive probation, and a $1,500 fine.

Daniel Wayne Morris of Griffin for aggravated stalking. Sentenced to five years probation and attendance at a diversion center.

Terri Myrick of Fayetteville for obstruction of a police officer, simple battery, cruelty to children in the second degree and making terroristic threats and acts. Sentenced to five years probation and a $2,000 fine.

Lajay Clayton Burkes of Peachtree City for felony possession of marijuana. Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Lisa Michelle Trawick of Fayetteville for possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Sentenced to five years probation, a $2,000 fine and attendance at a drug counseling program.

Debra Hutson of Griffin for two counts of forgery in the first degree. Sentenced to five years probation and $200 restitution.

Bernard Dawson Jr. of Fayetteville for felony theft by taking. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Donice Shanell Stewart of Union City for theft by taking. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Sherry Evans of Peachtree City for possession of methamphetamine. Sentenced to five years probation, with the first year on intensive probation, and a $1,500 fine.

Christopher Brannon Baugh of Tyrone for one felony count of obstruction of a police officer and misdemeanor counts of obstruction of a police officer and failure to maintain lane. Sentenced to five years probation, a $1,500 fine and attendance at a diversion center.

Larry White of Union City for criminal attempt to possess cocaine. Sentenced to seven years probation and a $2,500 fine.

Joshua Lawrence Carroll of Peachtree City for six counts of financial transaction card fraud. Sentenced to three years in prison.

Perry Cornell Henkes of Newnan for making terroristic threats or acts. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Gabriel Shan Funk of Fayetteville for possession of methylenedioxymethamphetamine and possession of ketamine. Sentenced to five years probation, a $2,500 fine and attendance at a boot camp.
