Bullard increases multilingual capabilities

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty has a number of bilingual agents able to serve the increasingly diverse population in the Atlanta metro area.

Among those who are fluent in both Spanish and English are John Garcia of the Newnan/Coweta County office, Pedro Carrillo and Jose Pinacho of the Fayette County office, Maria Cueva of the Clayton County office, Maria Eggers of the Butts County office, and John Barricks and Stan Odle of the Tri-County/Riverdale office. In addition, Linda Perez, the Cendant Mortgage representative serving the Fayette and Newnan/Coweta County offices, is bilingual.

The company's other bilingual agents include Emanuel Oso, who is with the Newnan/Coweta County office and who speaks Nigerian; Alex Min of the Clayton County office, who speaks Korean, and Cynthia Shareef of the Tri-County/Riverdale office and Yehya Elnahry of the Clayton County office, who speak Arabic.

“We feel that having agents who can speak these languages in addition to English has been a great benefit to us in serving our clients and customers, and it's also been good for business,” said Steve Bullard, president and owner of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. “As our company continues to grow, we are looking to bring on board addition agents to all our offices who are fluent in these and other languages.”

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia, has offices at 238 Stockbridge Rd., Jonesboro; 103 Jonesboro Rd., McDonough; 658 West Third Street, Jackson; 1968-A Hwy. 54 West, Fayetteville (just outside the eastern city limits of Peachtree City); 7543 Hwy. 85, Riverdale; and on Hwy. 34 East, Newnan (just west of the Thomas Crossroads intersection).
