Indictments

These people were indicted for the following crimes after a recent meeting of the March term of the Fayette County Grand Jury.

Salim Muhammod Ali of Tyrone for theft by receiving stolen property.

Kimberly Diane Bartlett of Riverdale for possession of cocaine and obstruction of a police officer.

Christopher Brannon Baugh of Tyrone for obstruction of a police officer, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, failure to maintain lane and obstruction of a police officer.

Gerard Rouchelle Butler of Riverdale for theft by receiving, driving with a suspended license, driving without proof of insurance, using a license plate to conceal the identity of a vehicle.

Lamar Bradley of Decatur for criminal attempt to commit a crime, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, theft by receiving stolen property, burglary (two counts), fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, obstruction of a police officer, criminal trespassing and reckless driving.

David Carper of Fayetteville for conversion of payments for real property improvements.

Valerie Cole of Locust Grove for theft by receiving stolen property.

David Ryan Eskew of Fayetteville for obstruction of a police officer and disorderly conduct.

Eric Richard Fannings of Peachtree City for theft by receiving stolen property.

Tash Jeffery Gaston of Lithonia for burglary.

Quanderius Gordon of Gay for burglary and loitering.

Terrence Grays of Riverdale for burglary.

Sherman Hardy Griggs of Riverdale for theft by receiving stolen property.

Jeffrey Benard Hand of Peachtree City for two counts of child molestation and one count of sexual battery.

Tyrice Jackson of Gay for burglary and loitering.

Chris Carmel Lenoir of Saginaw, Mich. for theft by receiving stolen property, forgery in the second degree, three counts of financial transaction card theft, forgery in the first degree, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), giving a false name to police.

Robert Lee Lester of Senoia for making terroristic threats and acts, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, possession of alcohol by a minor, obstruction of a police officer and loitering.

Gregory Lewis of Douglasville for two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and driving on a suspended license.

Matthew Christopher Maddox of Senoia for aggravated assault.

Glen Samuel Martin of Fayetteville for aggravated assault.

Larry McClellan of Riverdale for burglary.

Freda Miller of Atlanta for theft by shoplifting.

Curtis Lavern Slaton of Jonesboro for two counts of child molestation and one count of sexual battery.

Shane Douglas Smith of McDonough for theft by receiving stolen property, carrying a concealed weapon, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving with a cracked windshield, weaving over the roadway and using a license plate to conceal a vehicle's identity.
