The Peachtree City Chapter of the New Neighbors League Club will hold its annual “Amnesty Day” Thursday, Aug. 3, at the First Baptist Church at 208 Willowbend Road.

Usually, new members to the club must be invited by one of the area representatives within one year of their move to Fayette County. But Amnesty Day opens the membership up to women who have lived here more than a year and have not joined the club. A representative is not required.

The day begins with coffee at 9:30 a.m., followed by the general business meeting at 10 a.m.
