The Peachtree City Planning Commission will hold a workshop at 6 p.m. Monday to discuss the proposed development of the Home Depot and Wal-Mart retail center on Highway 54. The commission also plans to discuss the enforcement of restrictive covenants, according to a public notice posted by the planning commission. The public hearing will precede the regularly scheduled meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. Among the topics on the agenda are a proposed amendment to the watershed protection ordinance and conceptual site plans for three proposed developments: Romano's Macaroni Grill Restaurant on Highway 74 and Market Place Boulevard. Certainteed Storage Yard Expansion on Sierra Drive. Faiyaz Medical Building at Highway 74 and McWilliams Drive.
