Police Blotter

The following arrests were reported by the Peachtree City Police Department for the past week:

Ruben Hernandez-Morales, 27, of Franklin was arrested June 19 for driving on a suspended license and failure to maintain lane.

Jose L. Gonzales, 57, of Peachtree City was arrested June 19 for DUI and disobeying a traffic control device.

Sergio P. Herrera, 40, of Newnan was arrested June 19 for driving without a license and forgery in the first degree.

Tommy B. Price, 32, of Fayetteville was arrested June 20 for driving without insurance and driving with an open container.

Rene V. Magna, 29, of Marietta was arrested June 20 for driving with an open container.

Enrique Ibarra, 19, of Marietta was arrested June 20 for driving with an open container.

Alma Cook, 23, of Newnan was arrested June 20 on an outstanding arrest warrant for violation of probation.

Joseph D. Netherland, 35, of Union City was arrested June 19 for DUI, violation of a limited driving permit and driving with defective equipment.

Benjamin Netherland of Union City was arrested June 19 and charged with obstruction of a police officer and driving with an open container.

Howard Warr of Tyrone was arrested June 19 for driving with an open container.

Matthew Cody of Union City was arrested June 19 for driving with an open container.

Joseph D. Behringer of Fayetteville was arrested June 20 for underage possession of alcohol.

Nora A. Evon, 24 of Peachtree City was arrested June 21 for driving without insurance.

Hannah Whitley, 18 of Peachtree City was arrested June 21 for striking an unattended vehicle and improper backing.

Arturo F. Torrez, 29 of East Point was arrested June 21 for driving with an open container.

Corona Jimenez, 24 of East Point was arrested June 21 for driving with an open container.

Garcia Sanchez, 32, of East Point was arrested June 21 for driving with an open container.

Aguilera J. Ruiz, 28, of Fayetteville was arrested June 21 for driving with an open container and failure to maintain lane.

A 16-year-old juvenile from Peachtree City was arrested June 21 for fleeing and attempting to elude police and speeding.

Richard L. Leggee, 41, of Peachtree City was arrested June 22 for battery and cruelty to children in the second degree.

James W. Miller, 49, of Peachtree City was arrested June 22 for DUI, driving with an open container and following too close.

Karen A. Lecorre, 38, of Peachtree City was arrested June 22 for driving with an open container.

Erin Ballentine, 33, of Peachtree City was arrested June 22 for driving with an open container.

Kenneth H. Stabb, 25, of Jonesboro was arrested June 23 for DUI and making an improper left turn.

Ramos B. Aleman, 25, of Riverdale was arrested June 23 for driving with an improper tag and driving without a license.

Jose Lira-Ramos, 39, of Riverdale was arrested June 23 for forgery in the second degree.

Hiroyuki Sugie, 34, of Peachtree City was arrested June 24 for DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Stacey A. Price, 24, of Senoia was arrested June 24 on an outstanding arrest warrant for fraud from Spalding County.

Diane E. Bogner, 39, of Sugarhill was arrested June 26 for DUI.

A juvenile, 15, of Palmetto was arrested June 24 and charged with curfew violation, obstruction of a police officer and theft by taking.

Peachtree City Police are also investigating a theft of a golf cart from a location in the Harmony Village area.
