The Fayette County Extension Office extends congratulations to all the schools that participated in the Sweet Returns Recycling Contest.

Students and teachers are commended for their hard work and interest in environmental issues. Sweet Returns Recycling Center in Fayetteville graciously donated the following prizes:

Mrs. Choisnet's class at Springhill Elementary won $100 for first place.

Mrs. Rutledge's class at Fayette Elementary won $75 for second place.

Mrs. Spaulding's class at Huddleston Elementary won $50 for third place.

Tim Sommers of Sweet Returns surprised the delighted students with the awards May 19.
