The following arrests have been reported by the Peachtree City Police Department:

Brian G. Malis, 22, of Marietta was arrested June 12 for soliciting after hours.

Paula B. Rutledge, 47, of Peachtree City was arrested June 13 on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court in Fulton County.

Troy L. Mitchell, 35, of Stockbridge was arrested June 13 for obstruction of a law enforcement officer, driving with a suspended license and driving with an open container.

Juan O. Garcia, 40, of Marietta was arrested June 13 for driving without insurance and driving without a license.

Gary D. Roberts, 19, of Peachtree City, was arrested June 13 for underage possession of alcohol and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Four juveniles, ages 14-16, were arrested June 13 and charged with underage possession of alcohol.

Angela Adams, 44, of Fairburn was arrested June 14 for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with an expired tag.

Allen O. Arias, 21, of Chamblee was arrested June 15 for driving without a license and speeding.

Jill H. Short, 33, of Tyrone was arrested June 16 for driving without insurance and speeding.

Edith M. Mullins, 42, of Fayetteville was arrested June 16 for DUI.

Katie Hopkins, 20, of Peachtree City was arrested June 16 for underage possession of alcohol.

Elizabeth M. Hopkins, 21, of Peachtree City was arrested June 16 for driving with an open container.

Samuel D. Tony, 27, of Newnan was arrested June 16 for driving with an open container.

Norman C. Brown, 27, of Luthersville was arrested June 16 for driving with an open container.

Robert L. Lester, 20, of Sharpsburg was arrested June 16 for DUI and underage possession of alcohol.

Jonathan C. Rohan, 18, of Newnan was arrested June 16 for DUI and underage possession of alcohol.

Lenny Wilson, 33, of Lithonia was arrested June 17 for DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Janice P. Young, 38, of Griffin was arrested June 17 for DUI, driving without insurance and driving with an open container.

Mitchell W. Burrows, 19, of Peachtree City was arrested June 17 for underage possession of alcohol.

Ryan A. Hershman, 19, of Jonesboro was arrested June 17 for underage possession of alcohol.

Michael J. Leonard, 22, of Sharpsburg was arrested June 17 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce).

The department is also investigating a theft of patio furniture from a residence on Cherry Tree Lane.
