Summer Finds

Well, the weather's warmed up and residents are
looking for some good choices for summer dining. As nights cool down, some ideal choices are:

• A night of alfresco dining at the City Cafe in Fayetteville. The outdoor patio is pretty and offers a little touch of Europe in the county.

• A fresh seafood selection at Rosemary Cafe in Peachtree City. This bistro offers some of the best seafood in the county and is a delightful break from the chain restaurants scattered throughout the county.

• A look at the new menu at Village Cafe in Fayetteville. This has been one of the county's best restaurants for a number of years and it's time to give it another look.

•A trip to one of the best new restaurants in the county, Pascal's Bistro in Peachtree City. Chef Pascal is whipping up an imaginative menu at the former Agnes and Muriel's.

•A selection of “foodie” items from Harris Teeter in Peachtree City. Look for the foodie items in the store and assemble a delightful picnic to enjoy on a sultry summer evening.

•A trip to the past at the Malt Shoppe in Fayetteville. This delightful throwback restaurant offers a touch of the 50s with pretty good burgers and malts.
