The Peachtree City Recreation Department, in cooperation with the National Safety Council, will be offering defensive driving classes to be held at The Gathering Place, 203 McIntosh Trail in Peachtree City.

Classes will be held June 10 and June 24 from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at a cost of $20 per person. You must be at least 15 years of age and have a learner's permit.

If you have had no violations or accidents charged against you during the last three years, this class should provide you with a 10-percent reduction on your automobile insurance premiums. You may wish to contact your insurance carrier to see if other conditions apply.
