Carol Ann Rand, chairmanm of the Advocates for Self-Government, will be guest speaker at the June meeting of the Libertarian Party of Fayette County today at 7 p.m.

The public is invited to the meeting at the Heritage Bank on N. Jeff Davis Dr.

Rand will speak on the subject of promoting the libertarian philosophy in the local community.
