Annual Geranium Festival returns to McDonough

The 23rd annual Geranium Festival, sponsored by the McDonough Lions Club, is scheduled for Saturday, May 20 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on the Courthouse Square in McDonough. Admission is free.

Over 300 exhibitors and vendors will be selling arts, crafts, antiques and food. All the crafts are handmade, ranging from furniture to painted clothing to jewelry, and much more. A stage will be set up at the square providing free all-day entertainment. last year's festival attracted over 30,000 visitors.

Free parking is available at the Henry County High School, with free shuttle to the festival. For more information, call 678-432-7112.
