Recent arrests by the Peachtree City Police Department include the following: Mary E. Terry, 40, of Newnan May 13 for driving without a license and no tag. Luke Mullins, 18, of Peachtree City May 14 for minor in possession of alcohol. Michael W. Stell, 24, of Temple May 13 on an outstanding warrant for theft by taking out of Fayette County. Tanya Turner, 25, of Peachtree City May 13 on an outstanding warrant for theft by taking out of Fayette County. Juan Manuel, 30, of Jonesboro May 12 for open container. Jesus Mejia, 28, of Jonesboro May 12 for open container. Ubaldo Vasquez, 32, of Jonesboro May 12 for driving without a license, defective equipment and slick tires. Eva V. Elliot, 30, of Fayetteville May 11 for disorderly conduct. Julio Perez, 22, of Peachtree City May 11 for disorderly conduct, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and giving a false name and date of birth. William F. Noles, 27, of Franklin May 10 for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, driving while suspended, no insurance, open container and unlawful use of tag. Rico L. Blackmon, 17, of Peachtree City May 10 for simple battery. Pedro G. Etchebest, 23, of Provo, Utah, May 9 for soliciting without a permit. A juvenile, 15, of Peachtree City May 8 for theft by shoplifting. David Roten, 20, of Peachtree City May 8 for driving without a license and speeding. James D. Shealey, 49, of Peachtree City May 7 for drinking in public. Nancy A. Merritt, 64, of Peachtree City May 7 for drinking in public. Mark P. Layton, 22, of Marietta May 5 for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Police are currently investigating the following incidents: Theft unknown person or persons removed several pieces of audio and visual equipment from a location on Willowbend Road. Theft unknown person or persons removed a tan golf cart from a business located on Flat Creek Road. Criminal trespass unknown person or persons damaged a lock to a construction trailer on Merrick Drive. Hit and run unknown person or persons struck another vehicle parked in the Crossings shopping center and did not leave any contact information.
