summitt The Fayette County Fire
Department's Allen McCullough will address
Atlanta Stroke Summit 2000 May 25 on an emergency
medical services systems approach to dealing with
stroke.
Local health care
workers, physicians, community members, stroke
victims and others will attend during National
Stroke Awareness Month.
The objective of
the Summit is to affect the quality of stroke
care in Atlanta through prevention and “to
meet the challenge to reduce death and disability
from stroke.”
The morning event
will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 1 p.m. at the
Sheraton Buckhead, 3405 Lenox Road.
