Fayette Urgent Care has announced new hours of operation 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. On Ga. Highway 54 at 105 Yorktown Drive in Fayetteville, Fayette Urgent Care has been serving the immediate medical needs of the people of Fayette and surrounding counties since it opened in 1987. We have been Fayette County's health care neighbor for more than a decade, said Dr. Terry Rice, medical director of Fayette Urgent Care. We look forward to continuing to serve the community during our new hours. A courteous staff of almost 50, including six board-certified physicians, offers a broad spectrum of health care services including treatment for all types of minor emergencies as well as school, sports and camp physicals. Fayette Urgent Care is a full-service facility with on-site X-ray, laboratory and prescription service. The facility also offers a range of programs including occupational medicine, physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation.
