Police searching for robbers

Police in Peachtree City are on the lookout for a pair of armed robbers and a suspect in an aggravated assault case.

According to reports, two young black males entered the Texaco on Ga. Highway 74 North Sunday and held up the clerk, displaying a firearm, for an undetermined amount of money.

In an unrelated incident, an unknown young black male pointed a pistol at a juvenile in the parking lot following a verbal disagreement outside Jitterbuggers on Tivoli Gardens, reports said. The gunman also reportedly fired the pistol into the air while driving away.

Other recent incidents include the following:

Two juveniles were arrested Feb. 10 for an incident in which another juvenile was hit and threatened.

Reports indicated that two 14-year-old black females were taken into custody, one for battery and probation violation and the other for terroristic threats.

The first suspect reportedly struck an 18-year-old victim and left visible scrape marks. She violated her probation by being outside her own home after her 6 p.m. curfew.

The second suspect threatened to kill a 14-year-old at the scene, and that threat was overheard by witnesses, the report said.

A third juvenile was arrested for disorderly conduct.

A Peachtree City woman was arrested Feb. 12 for aggravated assault, criminal trespass and cruelty to children in the second degree.

Samantha Ojeda, 31, smashed in the front window on the door of 105 Charter Oak Court, which is listed as her residence, according to the police report.

She then charged at the victim, 34-year-old Stephen Ojeda, with a piece of broken glass. Her daughter heard the incident from her bedroom, reports indicated.

Recent arrests in Peachtree City include the following:

Chad Killingsworth, 19, of Fayetteville on Feb. 12 for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Tonya Bonner, 21, of Peachtree City on Feb. 10 for possession of marijuana, less than one ounce.

Marvin Bridges, 32, fo Senoia on Feb. 10 for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Timothy Allen Barker, 35, of Atlanta on Feb. 10 for driving while license suspended and failure to maintain lane.

Salvador M. Rodriguez, 25, of Peachtree City on Feb. 9 for failure to yield and no driver's license.

Tracy M. Harden, 26, of Dayton, Ohio on Feb. 9 for driving on a suspended license.

Sheldon V. Richardson, 29, of Scottsville, Va. on Feb. 7 for disorderly conduct and reckless driving.

Christopher A. Phillips, 18, of Fayetteville on Feb. 7 for reckless driving, following too closely and mionr in possession of alcohol.

A juvenile, 15, of Peachtree City on Feb. 7 for obstruction, driving without a license, no insurance, no tag and impeding the flow of traffic.
