Pleas filed in

A
number of criminal cases were concluded with
pleas entered last Thursday during a hearing in
Fayette County Superior Court before Judge
Paschal English.
Malisa Salgado pled
guilty to possession of LSD, possession of
Ecstasy, possession of a controlled substance on
school property, and escape. She was sentenced to
five years probation and $2,000 in fines.
Deborah Ann Ward
pled guilty to first-degree forgery and obtaining
a controlled substance by fraud. She was
sentenced to five years probation and a $500
fine.
Patricia Watson
pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine with
intent to distribute and was sentenced to five
years probation and a $1,500 fine.
Ralph L. Counts III
pled guilty to aggravated stalking and was
sentenced to five years probation and a $500
fine.
Adam Chung Chih She
pled guilty to simple battery and was sentenced
to 12 months probation and a $250 fine.
Antonio Lee Steward
pled guilty to theft by taking and was sentenced
to 12 months probation and a $200 fine.
Dawn Scott Harbuck
pled guilty to a fraudulent attempt to gain a
refund and was sentenced to 12 months probation,
40 hours of community service and a $200 fine.
Corey McCain pled
guilty to possession of marijuana and was
sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine.
Walter Jaimyelle
Williams pled guilty to unlawful use of an ID
card and assorted traffic offenses, receiving 12
months probation and a $200 fine. He was formerly
charged with second-degree forgery.
David Shane Worthey
pled guilty to theft by receiving stolen property
and was sentenced to time served.
Quentin Azzarelli
pled guilty to possession of cocaine and
possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to five
years probation under first-offender status and a
$500 fine.
julie Michelle Reynolds pled
guilty to possession of cocaine and possession of
marijuana. She was sentenced to five years
probation and a $500 fine.
Christopher Squbin pled
guilty to five counts of deposit account fraud
and was sentenced to five years probation.
Patricia Miley pled
guilty to first-degree forgery and financial card
transaction fraud, receiving three years
probation.
Amin Porter pled
guilty to two counts of obstruction of an officer
and one count of simple battery. He was sentenced
to five years probation. Porter also received
five years probation, a $500 fine and must pay
$307 in restitution for a charge of theft by
taking.
Julie Lee Scansy
pled guilty to carrying a weapon on school
property and was sentenced to two years probation
and a $200 fine.
Demetrius B. Jones
pled guilty to possession of cocaine and
possession of marijuana and was sentenced to five
years probation and a $500 fine.
Taborus Young pled
guilty to theft by shoplifting and obstruction of
an officer and was sentenced to five years
probation and a $500 fine.
Trevor Parks pled
guilty to theft by taking and was sentenced to
five years probation and a $500 fine.
Joseph Randall Jones pled
guilty to reckless conduct and was sentenced to
12 months probation and a $200 fine.
