A new state-of-the-art self-storage unit has been announced by 54 West Self-Storage in Peachtree City.

This is in addition to the current 120,000 square feet of rental space.

The 16,000-sq. ft. structure offers climate- and humidity-controlled units as well as conventional storage spaces. All units have lights.

The month-to-month lease offers short-term customers an advantage and long-term customers can benefit from prepayment discounts.

“We can meet the storage needs of all customers needing small space as well as those who need large ones,” said owner Huie Bray, who has 22 years of experience in the storage business and also owns Fayette Self-Storage, the first such facility in Fayette County.

There is a 1.5-acre paved concrete parking area that can accommodate cars, boats and RV's.

For information phone manager Helen Rickman at 770-487-0383, or check the web at www.Self-Storage.net.

Situated at 201 Fulton Court, just off Huddleston Road, 54 West is the largest storage facility in Peachtree City.
