International motivational speaker Dr. Joe Teal will address the Coweta County Libertarian Party during its 6:30 p.m. meeting at Ten East Washington Restaurant - upstairs - Feb. 28.

Teal, described by Libertarians as a concerned citizen for constitutional rights in the United States, will discuss the Second Amendment, and the ongoing battle over America's right to keep and bear arms.
