Samantha L. Hernandez, 19, of Peachtree City on Jan. 16 for minor in possession of alcohol.

Joe D. Trotter, 36, of Peachtree City on Jan. 16 for battery and cruelty to children.

Sarah M. Fletcher, 20, of Peachtree City on Jan. 15 for underage purchase of alcohol.

Michael J. Leach, 20, of Peachtree City on Jan. 15 for underage purchase of alcohol.

Brock A. Murphy, 18, of Peachtree City on Jan. 15 for driving under the influence and defective exhaust.

Monmouth Peek, 21, of Newnan on Jan. 14 for open container.

Jorge R. Mendoza, 26, of Gallatin, Tenn. on Jan. 14 for suspended license.

Salvador M. Rodrigues, 25, of Peachtree City on Jan. 14 for open container.

Moises M. Morales, 26, of Hampton on Jan. 14 for driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane.

Gregory S. Jones, 33, of Hogansville on Jan. 13 for driving while suspended and improper equipment.

Stanley O. Uhrlaub, 34, of Woodbury on Jan. 13 for violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act (less than one ounce of marijuana).

Sheldon R. Poitra, 19, of Tyrone on Jan. 12 for driving under the influence, minor in possession of alcohol and defective equipment.

Quovadis R. Dugger, 24, of Griffin on Jan. 12 on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear out of Spalding County.

John A. Walling, 24, of Palmetto on Jan. 12 on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear out of Fairburn.

Dwight D. Pope, 43, of Gay on Jan. 12 for driving with a suspended license and unsecured load.

Wesley H. Barnes, 23, of Peachtree City on Jan. 12 for driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane.

Guillermo Molina, 32, of Riverdale on Jan. 11 for no insurance, expired tag and failure to change address.

Diane L. Bishop, 38, of Balonton on Jan. 11 for theft by taking and harassing phone calls.

Peter O. Desmond, 19, of Peachtree City on Jan. 10 for criminal trespass and obstruction of a police officer.

Cynthia Crawford, 29, of Peachtree City on Jan. 10 for theft by deception.

Barbara J. Stewart, 39, of Newnan on Jan. 10 for theft by taking and harassing phone calls.

Bobby L. Reeves, 21, of Peachtree City on Jan. 9 for simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

Richard M. Smith, 32, of Griffin on Jan. 8 for driving on a suspended license and no tag.

The following incidents are under investigation:

Criminal trespass — unknown person or persons damaged several cable supply boxes in the area of Deergrass Trail.

Criminal trespass — unknown person or persons damaged a mailbox on Melrah Hill.
