Sales total climbs
at The Courtyards Boosted by a
healthy sales record this fall, The Courtyards in
Newnan now has 28 homes which have either sold or
under contract.
A new community of
low maintenance patio homes, The Courtyards is
located in the White Oak area on Shenandoah
Boulevard in Newnan, just south of Hwy. 34. The
builder is Meyer-Sutton Homes, one of south
Atlanta's leading home builders, and the
community will have a total of 80 homes priced
from $104,900 to $109,900.
Current inventory
there includes five homes ready for occupancy and
four more which will be completed in 60 to 90
